Temp check
We’re at a unique time in history. The world is changing, and these are uncertain times. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen society more divided, angry, and fearful. While the rest of the world was losing their minds from Covid and political hysteria, I can honestly say 2020 has been one of the best years of my life. I achieved a lot this year and I put in place daily habits that I know are going to help me achieve more in the future. The world is too focused on problems. According to the centers for disease control and prevention, suicide rates rose between 1997 and 2017 to heights not seen since World War II. Suicide rates are rising with both Men and Women from all ethnic groups. But the most disturbing thing to me is the rate of suicide is rising between people ages 15-34. And all this is before the pandemic.
My intention is to send messages of hope and inspiration right to your inbox. This newsletter is intended to provide actionable tips to make life just a little better. It will be motivating. It will cause you think and question the status quo. I encourage everyone to question everything they’ve ever been told. The key to being right is being open to the idea that you may be wrong.
How I spend my time
I spend my spare time learning about self-improvement and applying the tactics. I’m always researching life hacks. How to live a healthier and more balanced life. I immerse myself in finding new ways of achieving health, interesting ways of making money, being creative and taking daily action to enrich my life. I want to get the most out of life because I understand it’s value.
It’s ours by right
We are all entitled to enjoy every day and get the most out of life. Here’s the deal I’ll make you. I’ll do all the research. I’ll share it with you in this newsletter. I’ll add my experience and expertise in some cases. The ask I have for you is to apply it and let me know how it’s worked for you. I also ask that you share this newsletter with others.
I’m by no means a professional writer. This newsletter is going to have plenty of writing errors. It’s just the way it is, folks. If that bothers you, you miss the point, and this probably isn’t the newsletter for you. If you want unique life hacks that you can apply today to make your life a little better and you appreciate ridiculous movie references and the occasional dad joke, this is the newsletter for you.
I want to hear from you about the topics I write about. If things resonate with you. If you get something out of it. If you get nothing out of it and think it’s a waste of your time, I want to know that too. I want to make this as valuable and actionable as possible for you.
